hey i cant seem to code the layout i use to but i cant any more, but i can design some layout, so im looking for a person that can code my layout, so i can post some layouts for myspace and many more

Actually in the rules for requesting, unless they were updated, all requests made have to be submitted. Accept for the really default ones, no one submits those. But all other layouts are supposed to be submitted to cb.
But crediting the user doesn't have anything to do w/ them submitting it . As WHIMSICAL 0NE , said, they can't submit it. Credit is between them and the person that made it. |
