does anyone know where this person got their swirls

I believe those swirly brushes is the FONT of Porcelain. You just make the font capitalized and move the letter to the side and there you go.
That's how i USE to make mine. You can also touch it up with effects and such. Add strokes, gradients, grunge like, etc. And then, add it to you're brushes. In that banner, the swirl that is underneath the other swirls, seems to me that she/he added an effect, like made it blurry or glowy like. |
