can anyone give me a link with a good tutorial for blurring just a part of the picture &keeping another part normal? i hope you understand what i tried to explain. thas the only way i know how to describe it. i have photoshop 7.0 btw. please &thank you =)

outline the area with your lasso tool and then blur
