I can't go to sleep until I have turned off every light and turned my clock to face the wall, so there is pretty much no light whatsoever.
When I cuddle/nap with my boyfriend, I change my breathing pattern to match his. It's as if it makes me feel just a little bit closer than we already are. When I eat m&m's, I eat them in order of their color, particularly the extra/strays first, then the even amount. That didn't make sense, but that's okay. I can't bite the m&m's, either. I let them dissolve in my mouth. |
