is there a way to create a different scrollbar for my comment box? any help would be appreciated

well i hid my friends so thats not a problem. but actually i already have a scrollbar code but it makes all the scrollbars the same. what i wanted to know is if i can have 2 sorts of scrollbars? one with special colors and a different one in my comment box (because i have a grey layout background but a white comment space). thanx for your help
