I dont think there should be a certain age that your allowed to have a boyfriend....I had my first boyfriend when I was 12 and it was a good experience...of course it never worked out but thats not really the point. But could your dad just be kidding, because I mean, after college you'll be in your 20's..so you you can date if you want since your an adult xD
