Well... you're not supposed to have a boyfriend at a certain age. As in your case, many people are restricted from it by a parent. He's just worried about you, is all. :) If you find it sad and you think you would be able to handle this relationship, talk it out with your dad. If you know he won't listen, do it secretly or suck it up.
