scribbles, on psp8 Options

hey do any of you guys know how to make scibbles like this



and something like this too



i wanna learn how to make them sooo bad but most of the tutorials i find are for ps soo if any1 knows how to make them on psp please tell me :]

For the first, you can use a 1px hard brush to make the outline/features. Make a layer beneath that to color in certain things.

The second is a pixel graphic. If you can conquer learning the basics of pixel art, you'll be good to go. It mostly depends on your imagination on what you can come up with but there are quite a few tutorials on that: http://www.google.ca/search?hl=en&q=pi...earch&meta= . I think most Photoshop tutorials are translatable to Paintshop Pro. :)
