How do I get the writing of my headings like hers?
With the little boxes behind the headings?

Also how do I get my tables like hers?

Yea use this one:

Change arial to the font you want.
Change # px to the size you want. For big ones go around size 14 or higher. (ex: 14px)
Change 000000 to the font color you want.
Change letter-spacing: -#px; to a number. If you want them really close make it a negative number . Thats why I put the "-" before the #px;

Thats all you need to edit.
