Table alignment + more, Non DIV profile customisation Options

First off just a quick note to say that i have been surfing this forum for quite some time...but have never posted until now, so treat me nice ye'hear?

Got a couple of questions for you smart folk here on this forum.

My profile is ok, but I would like to remove the '___ is on you extended network' and the blogs part (i never blog with Myspace). The code I copy and paste into my profile, kills that colum, putting its alignedment and such like all out of whack

I have used code from various places, so it is abit all over the place.


Now the second part. Once i have removed these unwanted 'modules' (for want of a better word), I would like the 2 columns of info to be touching, as there is a gap inbetween. The problem is that IE renders a smaller gap (and a larger margin within the boxes) than Firefox & Opera. I have managed to do it vertically, so now their are no gaps between the different tables, but how do remove the gutter inbetween the two columns??
