If you want this to scroll:

QUOTE
<div class="content" style="position: absolute; left:200px; top:200px; width:200px; height:200px; overflow: auto;">
CONTENT FOR DIV.CONTENT FOR DIV.CONTENT FOR DIV.CONTENT FOR DIV.CONTENT FOR DIV.CONTENT FOR DIV.CONTENT FOR DIV.CONTENT FOR DIV.CONTENT FOR DIV.
</div>

It will as longas you put enough content in it to go past 200px of height.

overflow: auto;

The auto will make it go into a scroll box once its filled up enough, if you don't want it to be that way simple change the auto to none
