If you look on eminem's site:
http://www.myspace.com/eminem I want the very top part to look like this - i can't choose the color, but I want the bg around the banner and links to be transparent, how do i do this? |

Umm, what very top part? I'm kind of confused.
But I'll think of what you're trying to say. To make the banner & links to be transparent, you gotta lower the opacity. |
