I just found out that I can't go to a Cartel show because I have cheer practice at the same time on both dates in the LA area!
 i was really looking forward to it too. i guess its a good thing i didn't buy tickets.  i could use some hugs right now.. |

hmmm... fever?
you could try the flashlight trick, maybe? but your coach might wonder why you've got a thermometer actually with you... --- or, if worse comes to worse, just take off after class, get a friend to say you've been sick all day, and just handle the coach next day, when you can apologize (again, try to cry and just say you were really down, felt soooo tired and icky, etc) without having to actually LOOK sick. |
