wtf., Old Surveys Being Bumped Options

Who the fuck is bumping old surveys? Anyway, Kiera and I brought it up before here and discussed it with Fae (when she was still a mod ): http://www.createblog.com/forums/index.php...p;#entry1228136

Nothing came of it. So therefore, now that useless surveys are being bumped, I'm bitching. This could probably go in feedback, but I'm really just posting it in the lounge because that's where the surveys are. /gripe;

(And I mean, I do get that the one Jusun posted is to get an idea of the site's demographics, but really. Do people need to post "I took it!" in the thread? Why not just put it up in announcements?)

Oops, no follow up. I remember bringing it up backstage but the response was close to what Mona is saying. Mods will decide if a survey is useless enough to be closed since banning all would be too much of a restriction. I thought all that meant was "no, don't kill 'em. Leave them alone unless they really, really bother you" so I left the topic die.

The only time a closed topic would be bumped to the top is if the mod posted, thus bumping the thread, to explain the reason of closure or to simply tell people that it's closed.
