Looking for code/custom details reponses, code for details Options

Hi, I was looking to rid my page of the regular details section, and either not have it at all...or have cutom answers. All the codes I have so far either screw my page up, dont remove the details, etc. I cannot find a working link to the custom details code either. Any help would be much appreciated.
