Not that you should be staring at other people's work to get your own, as you'd end up copying theirs', but there are an amazing amount of websites dedicated to showcasing good, standards happy, webdesigns.
Stylegala Screenspire Cssmania CSS reboot once again.. the idea of these sites is to showcase good design, not to give you good ideas to carbon copy and claim as your own... on another note.... you're rude.
