is anyone else jealous of your girlfriend or boyfriend's ex? does it bother you that they still talk? do you feel like you have to somehow compete with them? does anything else make you jealous? get back to me if you have answers or advice :o)

Hell no! I'm not jealous of "her".
She should be jealous of me! LOL

I "used" to be jealous of her. She was my man's first love, so I'm sure there was some attachment to her. So they still talked while we first dated.

Then, we got serious...and the boy STILL talked to her! I was pissed. I don't give a flippin' F if they're good friends, or she knows about me, or whutever...I just felt like our relationship wasn't respected!

One day, I happened to see her at my school. And I was like,

So I asked my man, "Did your ex move here recently?"
Him: "Yea, how'd you know?"
Me: "You still talk to her?"
Him: "Honestly, yea. Are you mad?"

Me: NO!
I saw her at school! And honestly, if it makes you feel like a better man to keep talking to her, then by all means do.
Him: "What?"
Me: "I don't mind if you talk to her. I can't SEE why you still do. But if you feel like down-grading for the $, then that's coo with me. As long as you're happy and you don't waste my time."

I know it was insulting!

jealous of ex-gf? Jealous? of what?
did it bother you when they talk? Yes, who wouldn't?
feel like competing with them? Compete? With what?
does anything else bother you? Yes, she's has MONEY. I wish I had richer parents.
