I have one that I make all the time. But I don't have a name for it.
Hint: When you want to make a bigger quantity of it, double the measurements. Requires: A bag/head of Romaine Lettuce Some Spinach A stem of Cilanchro Grilled Chicken 1/2 Avocado 1 Mango 1 Tangerine 1 Blood Orange 1/4 Cup of Olive Oil 1/4 Cup of Vinegarette 1 SKILLET Directions: First rinse the lettuce and cilanchro. Squeeze the juice from the tangerine and blood orange, then pour into a skillet. Turn the skillet onto medium heat, and put in the 1 piece of boneless chicken. Grill until chicken is golden brown. Slice the mangoe in thin paper slices. Slice the avocado in thin slices as well. Put both the mangoe and avocado slices ontop of the lettuce. Cut the chicken into strips and place ontop of the lettuce and slices. Then in a measuring cup mix the Olive oil and Vinegarette together then pour ontop of everything. Enjoy it! |
