Not all of my text changed color Options

Okay, I followed the third template on the "Famous" layout assistant and I changed the font to Georgia and the color to white (FFFFFF), but not everything changed from black to white. Here is my page: myspace.com/kellierichards so you can see what I mean (hopefully i turned the "private" setting off correctly!).

My second question is, see the contact box, I copied that from myspacelayouts. Does anyone know what the codes might be so that I can copy that as the template for my other boxes, as well as change the background color of the contact template taken from myspacelayouts.

Thank you, I was able to change the interest texts, but I still have a few black text that won't change over.

Regarding the contact box, I'm trying to figure out the codes for the buttons and the heart(rather its position codes since I'll have to find a similar pic) so that I can re-create the same table, except with the pink background so that it matches everything else. I originally wanted to use those codes to change my other tables, but I prefer, now, to just get that contact box re-created with my own background color. I hope all of my jabbering made sense...
