jealousy Options

is anyone else jealous of your girlfriend or boyfriend's ex? does it bother you that they still talk? do you feel like you have to somehow compete with them? does anything else make you jealous? get back to me if you have answers or advice :o)

Hmm, at first I was a little. She really liked him as most could tell I think. Eventually it just faded but I suppose I thought about it when he use to hang out with her a lot. She didn't exactly like me either, and I didn't like her for some reasons, but I got over them quickly. I did feel as if she could have completed him again even though they had broken up before, it still had been years since they were together and perhaps there was still some chance for them, I almost got to the point of telling him to go for her, but I never got around to it. No one else or anything ever made me jealous besides her, its really odd. because in most relationships I just don't get jealous of other people. I feel secure enough not to be, most of the time.

Anyway I just talked to him about it eventually and he told me why they broke up and all kinds of other stuff and through out time I got over it. I never had any grudge against her, but in some ways she would just irk me. Now its fine though, I think shes a really neat person, and very care free unless someone says something she doesn't want to hear, which is seems as if I do that a lot
