I have naturally wavy hair. I only straighten it sometimes but when I do it only stays straight for a few hours or so. How can I make it stay straight without using a shit load of hairspray and making it hard?

Sometimes you don't need a straightening serum or hairspray. You just need a better hair straightener. Honestly drugstore hair straighteners save you money but they don't do a good job at straightening wavy or curly hair. Invest in a hair straightener that cost a bit more then a drugstore one.
Anyways try a a straightening serum or hairspray. Redken Straight Hair Straightening Balm or Smart Fixx Silky Sleek Straightening Balm by Charles Worthington. I tried those two before & they work well. Other brands also usually have a straightening line, so just look around for one. |
