ok so i just moved to california and i started junior year in a new school
the problem is it's junior year and well ppl in that school already has groups and such. how am i suppose to fit in in a group? i know i know be myself and what not. but i'm more of a shy quiet type. i feel really out of place.

in some schools the ASB captains have a job of making the new kids feel welcome. they're like assigned a person...
if you dont have that, just try to strike up a conversation with the person sitting next to you in each class. work buddies are almost instant friends lol. after a few days hopefully you'll be friendly with them, then friends. then get them to introduce you to more ppl. it'll be hard... i would definitely be scared. if not, try joining a club or sport.
