hey guys I have a gf and i played a game of truth or dare for fun with a few friends and ended up kissing this one girl...didn't mean anything by it...but is it technically "cheating"?

Hmm, matters how you both felt about the game. Like if she didn't want to play it and she was forced to play it, then she may find it cheating. Or if both were forced in to the suituation then yea it would be, because you could have made a better choice and not have done it. If she was fine with it then I wouldn't feel all that guilty.
