you guys...i want to dye my hair hot pink, not the whole thing just like a part.
i know that first you have to bleach the part you want to dye, but does anyone know what type of hair dye i can use. all your suggestions are welcomed! thanx |

^yea,
I've used manic panic. Multi color once..  Just the ends..But yes it works fine, if you have dark brown hair or anything lighter than that you don't need to bleach your hair. |
