hey you guys im really new to all of this, but can anyone suggest a type of proram i can use to create layouts and something that has really nice brushes.
i wanted a program with the little pieces of tapes on top, sooo please if anyone has any suggestions, please feel free to comment. i heard photoshop was real expensive..soo guyss HELP! |

This belongs in graphic help or whatever it is called Btw you can use gimp..it is a good program |
