i mean, i learned to ride a bike by myself...
i just never bothered to learn how to swim and i kind of regret it. i have access to a pool (even in the winter because it's indoor) but how would i teach myself? where would i start? i tried teaching myself. i tried the front crawl but i didn't really get anywhere. meaning, i stayed in one place. any tips? i don't really want to spend more money on private lessons because it's not my first priority if i had to spend a couple hundred bucks. |

Don't use "arm floaties" (swimmies). They are actually really dangerous.
Just get a swim instructor, or a friend who knows what they are doing. It's near impossible to teach yourself how to swim. |
