zomg. that book is incredible. i read it recently, and the experiences that this boy has to go through (extreme child abuse) are so mind-blowing that it seems unreal at times. the sequel - the lost boy - is really good too. anyone read either of them? just curious.

it IS pretty depressing at times =\
other people were reading it; i finally decided to go to the library and check it out - and i'm glad i did. oh and btw, i think it said it was the third worst child abuse case in CA. the other two kids ... i think they're gone. this guy managed to survive. |
