i don't know but lately i've always been hungry all the time, and i keep eating, and i have gained weight, but only like 2 pounds. but it bothers me that i've been eating more than i think i should. are they any reasons as to why that i get so hungry?
i'd think that if were using a lot of energy i'd be hungry, but i haven't being doing much... i've recently tried to give up things to cut down on calories but i still find myself hungry..  so i'm trying to eat less, but i don't want to starve myself.any suggestions? *MOD: i was wondering this should be under food or health but if it's not food just move it please* thanks |
