Ok ive seen this before just cant find it either the headline or name but their is a picture or the name is bolder and a diff font can anyone help me out with the code thanks alot

perhaps give me a link to where you've seen this?
To put a image in your headline go upload a image to http://www.tinypic.com and just get the url and put it in this CODE <img src="URL" border="0" alt="" />
