How can you tell if you're drunk? Options

Considering people say "Oh, I'm drunk" all the time, how do you tell? I've had alcohol, but I've never gotten drunk before.

So enlighten me, please.

You know when your drunk whennnnnnnnnnnnn.
You cant walk straight.
You talk loud.
When you smoke a cig its gone in a flash.
When you cant taste the alco in your drink anymore.
When you start to slurr.
When you can staind up.
When you dont wanna stop drinking.
When you lay down and you feel your self spinning.
When you are about to puke.
When you feel heavy.
When you cant remeber shit from the night before.
When you wake up with a ugly man or woman laying next to you.
When your helping other people not to puke on your floor.
When you have to hold on to the wall.
When you have to pee all the time.
When you pass out.
When you wake up with a hang over.
When your eyes are blood shot.

There are so many more.
