Considering people say "Oh, I'm drunk" all the time, how do you tell? I've had alcohol, but I've never gotten drunk before.

But I'm talking about while you're drunk, and when you're in the moment. Because people claim to be drunk while they're actually drunk.
Do you have any clue what I'm saying? Because I sure don't, haha. |
