I have a v3c RAZR and its wet dot (found underneath the battery) is drenched red which means its soaked and they wont warrenty it... =(

If thats the case you can buy a cheap replacement battery at best-buy, put it on the phone, and then bring it to be repaired. That worked for my brother, but his red dot was on the battery itself.
