Nate had made the suggestion of bringing back the Current Events Forum.
We briefly had a Current Events forum and for the most part, it was beloved. However, there were times when posting there became a bit stagnant and eventually, when there was a Forum Reorganization, the Current Events Forum went good-bye. Here are a couple of past threads that touched on the subject. http://www.createblog.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=121857 http://www.createblog.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=121275 Personally, I'd love to see the Current Events Forum make a come-back. It's an excellent way of getting those intellectual juices flowing. |

I've moved 3 pages worth of topics in there just now. Although, it ruined the concept of having one-word forum names under Interests. Would 'News' be a better name? It's not specific to what kind of news (i.e. World News) though. |
