I scratched my armpit and then a few minutes later ate some of the crud from under my fingernail and I sort of tasted the deaoderant.

eww...i doubt thats poisonous but completely gross. You might want to wash ur hands after you scratch your armpit...jus some advice. especially if you are gonna eat off ur hands.
