Not really. There are private tutors, math text books, and etc. Not everyone can afford an educator.

I do agree that most teachers do deserve a better salary.

Actually, a lot of athletes have been to the lowest of the low and have risen above. Same for a lot of actors. I don't mind them getting paid so much. It's very touch to do those types of jobs. A LOT tougher then you think. I just don't like it when they go on strike as if they need more money.

I was just arguing with my cousin about this a few weeks ago. He actually believes that professional athletes DESERVE to get paid million to run around chasing a ball.

My mom is a special ed teacher, and she works so hard. She deserves so much more.
Yes, but so have some teachers and lawyers and doctors...people who actually do something that's beneficial to the world. The world could live without ESPN. It's a waste of money and the salaries given to athletes are completely ridiculous.

It's not about chasing the ball. it's also about self-worthy, confident, and power. anyways, let them have a million dollar. they worked for it. hard work paid off ? people paid money to watch these players so ... the money given to the athletes is NOT ridiculous. These people are ridiculous.

You're right, but I don't think I made my point clear. There are many jobs which can be classified as "non-beneficial to the world", but that doesn't mean they deserve to get paid less.
