smoking, smoking weed and cigarettes Options

umm well i've been smoking cigarettes 4 a little over a year now, and i cant seem to stop, and i've been smoking weed 4 over a year too...

i smoke about 1/2 a pack a day and im only 15
and i smoke about an ounce of weed every week

i was just curious and was wondering which do u think is worse smoking weed or cigarettes???

i really do feel sick to my stomach right now.

do any of you potheads or chainsmokers
actually know what it's like to lose someone by drugs or
cigarette-related deaths? most likely not.

you may not care about your own life that you are
slowly throwing away every time you smoke or use drugs,
but think of other people as well;
there's second-hand smoke,
which can sometimes be even worse than smoking yourself.
for instance, if you smoke a lot around your children,
they could develop a cancer before they enter high-school,
and you might (if you're lucky) live til your 50.

but most importantly think of your family & friends.
your loved ones & your peers.
your death causes a lot of chaos & mourning & troubles to them, too.

if you're a heavy smoker,
(and ESPECIALLY if you're underaged),
please seek help; you need it.
believe me, you're most likely in school from somewhere
between 8th-12th grade and you think your life is hell
& full of shit, soo you don't really care what you do with your life.
but trust me, once you're outta school, you will care about your life.
once you've gotten out of puberty or the partying and peer-pressure
stages of your life, you'll think differently about life.
and certainly when you're a 60-year-old, you WILL f-ing care
about when you die.
when you're that old, you'll most likely have a family,
and i don't care what you say right now, but you WILL care
when you're that age. you WILL care when you will die.
believe me, i was the same way that age, i thought about suicide
probably every day of my life. & i didn't care about my life much.
i NEVER tried drugs, but knew some people who did,
and had some great friends who turned into useless human beings.
it's quite sad. which is why i'm so determined to stop other people.
so please. stop.

but i never did it [commit suicide],
and now i'm happier than i've ever been.
i know i don't know you, but please you need help.
or alright, you probably don't wanna try & get help,
but at least stop & set your mind to it.
