And I can't sleep. What do I do? what do you do when you can't sleep? Yeah, I don't give a fuckx if a topic like this was already made.

When I can't sleep and I know I have to wake up the next morning, I'll take a sleeping pill. I'm usually prepared mainly because I always have trouble sleeping.
Sometimes a whole pill is too much so I'll just take half.. But yeah, take it and go to bed, half an hour later it starts to kick in and I fall asleep just fine. If you don't lay down after taking it, it kinda starts to mess with your vision a bit. O_o Either that or I've got a pillow speaker for my mp3 player, so sometimes playing some music helps a bit. |
