CB Idol Options

You know what? We should have our own version of American Idol.

How it's gonna work:

People who want to compete will submit recordings of them singing a song via a recording or a video. Six Five judges will choose the top ten contestants. The top ten six contestants wil go through a series of round in which the judges choose a genre/theme for the contestants to sing. (For example, during one round you might have to sing a gospel song.) Throughout the rounds, rather than voting, the judges will choose who they think should go on to the next round. The deadline for submissions of the entry round is August 12th, 2006. Although, this date is subject to change.

Rules:

• One submission per person, per round.
• Submissions should be at least 1 minute long.
• No major editing of the voice recording.
• No lip synching.
• In future rounds, you will not be able to use a recording you used in a past round.

I know there are a lot of talented singers out here. CB is a very large community and I've heard some of your singing voices before. C'mon guys don't be afraid to participate.

^ wow .... you sound really good . you can do runs . ....lol i think all the girls are gonna beat me ..miss being a high tenor when i was young....now i turned into a low baritone.. .........take that into consideration

one of my old-time favorites ,Musiq Soulchild`s Love . i just recorded while i was in cb, i totally forgot the lyrics lol , and i just gave up in the end with falsetto ...hahaha ..... .used comp mic i havent recorded in awhile actually ..... the rest of the songs that i`ve recorded with my bandmates are cluttered in my room somewhere... talk about disorganized.
