Alright, I'm a virgin, and that might be changing very soon. I've heard a lot of really bad things from my girl friends, and they made me all nervous. I'm not expecting it to be wonderful, but I was hoping that someone could tell me something positive about their first time.

BUT if you're gonna do it, make sure that you're smart about it. use contraceptives and all that useful junk.

also, if you wanna minimize the pain, try to engage in foreplay....
on a biological perspective, the reason why it might hurt for many girls is because there isn't enough lubrication down there. so have fun and let him help you out a bit before he puts his pickle in the jar. Most girls already tear their hymen doing other physical activities like sports, so i don't think thats causes the pain so much.

BUT YES, GO ABSTINENCE!!!!! what a great, but rarely applied concept.
so use this information when you're good and ready (both physically and emotionally) to make love. and don't worry, even if it's the right guy- you'll still feel a little nervous....maybe its more like anticipation. i find it odd if someone isn't neervous about engaging in a very intimate interaction for the first time. shoot, even people who've done it a million times still feel that nervousness if it's a different person.
