Ohh just finished watching Flava Flav on VH1 and a new season of Celeb Fit Club is airin I love watching this show. the other 3 was good too the one wid Phil Magera haha anyone else watching the new season?

same here but I love this show for some reason, it always makes me in the mood to work out. and stop eatin junk food
