i`ve seen a lot of picture collages around here and i was wondering if there was a tut for photoshop on how to make one. i`ve looked at all the tuts here and none of them seem to be the one.

Basically..you cut out pictures.
and paste them together you can do special effects as well. like polaroids,brushes,textures,patterns everyone has their own style and yeah. |
