you know how there is that code to resize comment images to unstretch your comment box? is there a code to put breaks in text so it doesnt stretch the box? or is there a code where i can put the comments in a text box instead of a scrollbar?

Chances are, gamachan, the person who took that screenshot's theme (for Windows) already looks like that (so any scrollbar they see automatically looks like that, etc). I'm sure you can code one though to look like it, unfortunately editing the scrollbar is a bit complicated and people with Firefox don't even see scrollbar tweaks.
