Okay, three weeks ago I ordered a book from Barnes and Noble. Have I still gotten it? Nah. Something about warehouse sending it but never receiving it. I'm still mad. So they have to reorder another one, which won't be here for another week.
Roar. Ever been screwed over by any places? Companies or whatever? Resturants, bookstores? |

Yah plenty of times.
But then I have learned that people make honest mistakes and it's just as stressful to them as it is to the customer. I worked at a bookstore for a while, and you feel pretty bad when you mess up someones order. So when someone messes up my order at some random place I try to make them feel better about it. "Oh, it's no big deal, i know you guys are busy!" Just makes the situation a lot better for both me and the person working. The only time I get pissed is when the person messes up my order or schedule and they don't care at all and try to blame it on me or try to make excuses and point every which way besides themselves. That irks me. |
