cant position comment box |

im trying this overlay, and in one of the boxes, i added my comment box. but it starts at the very top of my box, when i wanted it in the middle.
 when i tried adding the <BR> or some words, it turns out like this, and stretches my box.  i would just do the overflow:auto, but i dont want the scrollboxes any way of fixing it? |
