Is it right to be jealous of your friend who is super close to your 'crush'? If not, what do you do so you won't get jealous?

Not wrong, but you shouldn't let it get in the way. And don't be rude about it. Don't obviously try to get her out of the way. Don't worry. Just stay focused on the prize.
