Where can I find the straight lines on the side & the curvy lines on top by the text?

What version of photoshop do you have?
Maybe this'll help explain the gradient thing:  Click the circle red things twice and that'll bring up your color chooser, and choose a color. Click within the blue highlighted area to add another color thing, and double click that twice to change that color as well. |
