Where can I find the straight lines on the side & the curvy lines on top by the text?

ok, thanks but i just wanted the brushes for both the lines.i have seen them before but cant remember where and i dont know what you mean by the color overlays and the gradient tool.
--is there tutorials on how to make the circles and the tie-dye? and the arrows hiding behind the text, where can i find that? |
