how do you outline a brush exactly like this? FOR PHOTOSHOP.



ALSO:


how do you make it look like 3-d? exactly how this person made it? and to go along with this, what font is it?

Thanks but when i do the stroke, its not even an outline, its like a blob/scribbles around it. i thought it was something i was doing wrong. anyone know why? how i can change that?

AND for the outer glow OF THE TEXT, in the pic i posted, did the person use white? AND WHATS THE FONT IF ANYONE KNOWS.
