any suggestions on hair treatments such as hot oils or whatever hair treatments that you;ve used? thaaanks

I heard olive oil works, some person was telling me how this woman use to put it in her hair everyday, and her hair was gorgeous.
I personally wouldn't try it. I think shampoo and conditioner is just fine in my book.
