What do you guys think bout it? Is it safe? Just bought some today and probably going to use it starting tomorrow. Any of you guys uses it? any tips? thanks a lot

This is exactly what Zamunda needs.
 In no time he will go up from 150 to 165.Just a side note, what types of excercise would anyone suggest to gain muscle along side taking protien shakes. I also heard that too much Protien causes kidney stones, doesn't worry me though, because I drink plenty of water. |
